Our Facilities
At MAF each horse is given the utmost care. Stall boarded horses are turned out daily (weather permitting). We have 7 paddocks which allow for small group turnout or individual turnout if needed. All field boarders have access to run in sheds and they are fed hay and grain twice a day.
Our outdoor arena is 100 x 200 with a full course of jumps and a rubber / sand footing mix. Our indoor arena is 72 x 150 and has large sliding doors which allow for ventilation. The spacious climate controlled observation room also provides a great place for watching horses and riders.
MAF focuses on training for the horse and rider. Full care stall board and field board include 4 lessons per month.

Located just 10 minutes outside of Frederick, Miles Ahead Farm (MAF) is situated on 65 acres in beautiful Adamstown, MD. MAF officially opened its barn doors in July of 2005. MAF is a full care boarding facility offering both stall and field board. The new 11 stall barn has 12 x 12 matted stalls each with a window. The barn also has a heated tack and feed room as well as a hot and cold wash stall.
