Our Facilities

Located just 10 minutes outside of Frederick, Miles Ahead Farm (MAF) is situated on 65 acres in beautiful Adamstown, MD. MAF officially opened its barn doors in July of 2005.  MAF is a full care boarding facility offering both stall and field board. The new 11 stall barn has 12 x 12 matted stalls each with a window. The barn also has a heated tack and feed room as well as a hot and cold wash stall.

At MAF each horse is given the utmost care. Stall boarded horses are turned out daily (weather permitting). We have 7 paddocks which allow for small group turnout or individual turnout if needed.  All field boarders have access to run in sheds and they are fed hay and grain twice a day. We are very excited to announce the completion of our indoor in December 2005. The indoor provides a great place for all boarders and lesson students to exercise their horses. The indoor has large sliding windows which allow for ventilation. The spacious climate controlled observation room also provides a great place for watching horses and riders.  Our newest addition to the farm includes includes a 100X200 outdoor arena.
